The accommodation was well lit and fairly clean. Rooms were fairly quiet. Central location very close to Wyndham/Biltmore, Texas Roadhouse, and hillside. The hotel was relatively near Surface Gallery.

We liked staff and location, every detail required. Found Courtyard Market 10 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there.

The setting is ideal and magnificent, near restaurants and shopping and nice quiet comfortable rooms, attractions in the area, the Biltmore Village. Take a look at Biltmore Village district, it's worth it.

A super spacious and sparkling clean room with a jacuzzi 🛁! The location was convenient, and the staff was really nice and friendly throughout our entire stay!

Close to the centre

Mood music from 7:00 in the morning until 11:00 in the evening... Avoid room 210 just in front of the hotel and whose window is obscured by the hotel's sign. The breakfast room is too small.

Comfortable room with a good-sized layout and a nice mountain view 🏞️. The central heating kept it cozy, and the TV and microwave were a nice extra touch.

Something a little out of date

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near Biltmore Estate, and I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful customer service agents who also provided assistance with tour/ticket arrangements. The nearby shops and restaurants in Biltmore Village by the entrance of Biltmore Estate were a definite plus, and the complimentary hot breakfast with waffles was a great start to the day.

The room was a bit pricey and needed airing out upon arrival. Additionally, while Dillsboro is within walking distance, driving is necessary due to walking along the highway and Sylva being a longer walk.

The hotel here was great, quite clean, with very friendly staff available all the time, the room was neat with a nice view.

Several complaints about defective telephone in the room - unfortunately this did not work during our whole stay

We had a nice clean room with a comfortable bed and view to the back of the building. Breakfast was good.

I loved this affordable hotel and stayed here for 2 nights. The room had a jacuzzi and comfortable beds. The breakfast had many enjoyable options. The staff were very friendly.

It's okay for a 3-star hotel. Location is excellent for visiting Biltmore.

Loud devices in the hotel, which always turn on during the night and can be clearly heard in the room (at least on the 5th floor). Stinking air conditioner. Compared to European hotels miserable breakfast.

The room was cozy and had a nice homey vibe. I loved the flat screen TV, and having a fridge and microwave was super convenient for our snacks and leftovers. The coffee machine was a game-changer for this tired parent!

The road-facing rooms can get a bit noisy, but some might not mind.
